Service Policy

To ensure continuously good results in all areas, the Hy-Clean representative will carry out regular service visits to the operatinon, with an minimum frequency of 12 times per year. During the visit Hy-Clean will maintain all dispensing equipment and will complete a sevice report.

All relevant Hy-Clean contact details will be provided to the Hotel’s department heads. At the end of each visit, reviews will be held with the respective department head, providing information needed to make solid, informed decisions.
